Ethical analysis has typically focused on issues involved in patient care. This study in clinical ethics has focused on the process of ethical deliberation and decision making among multiprofessional health care teams. Fundamental and applied ethics, as well as social aspects of ethics in health care, are canvassed, with particular attention to paediatric issues.
